I have been working as a freelance translator and interpreter for many years.

Spanish, Portuguese

Qualifications:
Master of Translation Studies in Spanish and Portuguese, Member of the German Federal Association of Interpreters and Translators (BDÜ), publicly appointed and generally sworn translator and interpreter in Germany.

 

Main focus:
Law: Interpreting for courts, police and authorities, translation of legal texts, certified deeds, certificates and documents
Tourism: city tours, brochures and documents for tourism companies
Sports: interpreting at major events (including world and European championships)
Business: translation and interpreting for international companies
Art and culture: translation of exhibition catalogs and cultural guides, interpreting at events

To maintain a high standard of quality, I primarily translate into my native language, German. Translations into foreign languages are always edited by native speakers.
